Our services
Search Zapper provides search-result audits, removal eligibility review, suppression strategy, reputation asset development, and monitoring. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
No guarantees
Search engines and third-party platforms are controlled by others. We do not guarantee removal of any result or any specific ranking outcome. We identify valid removal grounds where they exist and pursue a defensible suppression strategy where they do not.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. You are responsible for the content you ask us to promote or protect.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information. A mutual NDA is available on request.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search Zapper is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the services or this website.
